SAIL WITH THE TIDE

JANUARY 30, 2012
Often heard in old seafaring movies, "We sail with the tide." In the days before power boats it was essential to enter and leave a harbor with the right tide, and the help of a favorable wind. I still hope for favorable tide and wind when I am kayaking or sailing.

CHRISTIAN, now is the time to serve the Lord, before the tide ebbs out and the wind is gone.
